Check out Marilyn vos Savant's question, "What can parents do to help children reach their potential in school?" on the Yahoo! Answers site.

What must be noted is that the question is, "how can parents help their kids reach their full potential in school?", not, "how can parents help their kids reach their full potential?"

The only thing you learn in school is how to obey orders.

I had great difficulty on several levels with the school system I went through.

Mostly because I grew bored but a lot because a lot of what they were teaching was not what I needed to learn to be successful in life.

Shame Shame on the NJ public school system.
